Find Contact
We'll look up the contact you're emailing with in Salesforce, or, if they are not yet a Lead or Contact, we can create them.
Create Activity
A Salesforce activity is created, linked with the person with whom you were emailing, due on the date of the followup.

Log History
Your email transaction will be logged against that contact. Shortcut links are also provided on your followup to log calls and add notes.

Email Reminder
On the due date you will receive a followup reminder that pulls everything you need from Salesforce to complete that task.
