Your privacy is extremely important to us. We don't share your information with 3rd parties. We automatically delete your email contents once the followup has been sent, as well as your recipient's email address. For logging and reference purposes, we do save the subjects of past followup emails.
The recipient must 'reply all' to close the event if you are using the 'cc' method. If they forget or don't reply all, they will get the extra email, but our experience has been that they quickly learn.
Yes. After you upgrade, you will have the chance to link other email addresses you own to your FollowUpThen premium account. This allows you to have multiple email addresses associated with one FollowUpThen premium account, each of which has the premium features.
This feature is not designed to support different users. A FollowUpThen account that has multiple emails associated will aggregate all followup traffic from all emails associated with one account.
The answer is almost certainly, yes. We now support over 600 carriers in countries all over the world. If you sign up and SMS does not work for you, we will be happy to refund your purchase. Just email help@followupthen.com to let us know.
US-based numbers are entered exactly as you would dial the number, without special characters like hyphens or parenthesis (Ex: 14088675309) For international numbers, include the plus sign (+), then the country code – without leading zeros or other special characters – then the number (Ex: +645233456 for New Zealand).
