What about privacy? How secure is FollowUpThen?

Your privacy is extremely important to us. We don't share your information with 3rd parties. We automatically delete your email contents once the followup has been sent, as well as your recipient's email address.

What happens if the recipient of my CC message replies only to me and not to FollowUpThen as well?

The recipient must 'reply all' to close the event if you are using the 'cc' method. If they forget or don't reply all, they will get the extra email, but our experience has been that they quickly learn. (The 'cc' method is typically not the type of thing that would only be used only one time for one person.)

How is this service free? Do you plan on charging at some point?

Our plans are to keep the service entirely free, although, depending on user feedback, a paid version with additional features may be available as well. We will keep our users informed of any changes in the service.
